MD will make use of administrative and financial know-how as well as extended people management experience in order to optimize the efficiency of the Management Team and to ensure that all the team members work closely together to provide excellent support to the operational activities of the organisation. The management director is a leadership role an organisation may fulfil a motivational role for the workforce, in additional to an operational role in the running of the business.
